Shipping policy
We typically need 3–5 business days to process and ship your order. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays or in case of stock issues. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes to your order, including the shipping address. Shipping occurs only on business days, and orders may ship separately if multiple items are involved.
Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with the tracking info once your order has shipped. It may take a few days for some carriers to update the tracking status. If there’s no update after 5 business days, contact us at support@beatboxer.com.
Delivery Times (Shipping times vary by location):
United States / Canada / Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 7–20 business days
These times exclude order processing. BeatBoxer™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
BeatBoxer™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Wrong Address:
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once processing has started.
